Manage Your Presence
To configure your settings, you will have to be logged in to the Extension User Portal.
Presence status
Presence status is linked to the call forwarding settings and Linkus ring strategy.
in2pbx provides five presence statuses:
- Available
- Away
- DND
- Lunch Break
- On a Business Trip
You can configure call forwarding and ring strategy for each presence status except DND status.

Configure Your Presence Settings
You can log in to the Extension User Portal to configure the call forwarding settings and ring strategy for your presence status.
Switch Your Presence Status
You can log in to the Extension User Portal to switch your presence status. The presence status will be displayed on Linkus client, and the corresponding call forwarding and ring strategy will work.
- On the Extension User Portal, click the status icon at the right-upper corner to switch your presence status.
Note: If the presence status is set to DND, you won’t receive any calls.
