Setup and Log in
To configure your settings, you will have to be logged in to the CC4Win portal.
- Once the CC4Win application has been loaded on to the agents PC, you will need to locate the following icon:
- Please double click on this icon and the following will show (if the auto log in is not ticket). Click on the blue Sign In button.
- Once logged in, the screen will open with various widgets showing
Note: You may need to resize your screen
Note: At this stage the Agent cannot make or receive calls as they in a Logged out status.
- You will need locate the In / Out widget and press the Log In box
This will make the In / Out status turn Green and the wall board will also reflect the new status of the agent.
Now the agent can make and receive calls.
