Setup and Log in

To configure your settings, you will have to be logged in to the CC4Win portal.

  1. Once the CC4Win application has been loaded on to the agents PC, you will need to locate the following icon:

  1. Please double click on this icon and the following will show (if the auto log in is not ticket). Click on the blue Sign In button.

  1. Once logged in, the screen will open with various widgets showing

          Note:  You may need to resize your screen

Note: At this stage the Agent cannot make or receive calls as they in a Logged out status.

  1. You will need locate the In / Out widget and press the Log In box

This will make the In / Out status turn Green and the wall board will also reflect the new status of the agent.

Now the agent can make and receive calls.
