When a customer calls, the number is checked against a database, based on custom rules we can design. If recognised, it will automatically be routed to that customer’s account manager, or the last person the customer spoke to. Improved dialling

Diallers help agents plan their day with automatic calling, updates, and monitoring.

A useful tool for call centres, sales teams and other outbound communication. A dialler allows automatic call lists to be built, with the agent only needing to tell the software they’re ready for the next call. It’s integrated with a CRM or other databases, so with a single press of a button, a customer will be dialled and their record will be on the screen in front.
