In2tel is experienced in integrating with various telephone systems, to make the transition go smoothly it is important for us to know exactly how you operate your current telephone system so we can complement it, not complicate it!

Most integration is nothing more than our system making a telephone call to your PBX– which requires nothing to be done from either side.

We support VOIP connectivity to our network via either SIP or H323 and we're happy to walk through the integration process with you, so connectivity can be made quickly.

For the CC4Web application to run smoothly, we ask for your agents / user to have access to Internet explorer 7 and above, as many of the functions will not work on earlier deployments or other web browser types. The overhead used by this application is minimal, with each connection using around 20k bandwidth at any one time.

The HTTP environment within Bespoke IVR application is potentially the most powerful integration tool we have. Our IVR system can request elements of data from the caller – for instance their Credit Card details, store them temporarily in to a memory space and then the HTTP node can recall this data, pass this out to your systems via HTTPS, wait for your systems response & play the apropiate messages back to caller in real time – or connect them on to a number you have provided. Most web programmers can get to grips with this part of the system within 20 – 30 mins, resulting in some very powerful solutions being deployed.
