Some of the elements of our IVR system have been used to perform ACD functionality, but with out the level of real time reporting & instant control, so we have developed our own Call Control For Windows product. This is designed to be a fully fledged ACD environment which is managed from our web environment. Different levels of logon allow for Agents, Team Managers, Supervisor and Management to see what is happening in their virtual call centre with ease.
