Fully automated invoicing has now been rolled out across the platform, which not only enables everyone to get their bills on the first working day of the new month, but it also frees up members of staff from the monotonous task of manually creating bills & allows them to focus on creating new services on our network!

The network guys have been working hard, negotiating are own number portability agreements in Ireland with Eircom, Colt, Magnet, Imagine and UPC, with BT, C&W, Verizon, Digiweb and Smart Telecom to follow in the next couple of weeks. By having our own portability agreements, will allow us to port customers numbers in and on to the In2tel network within 2 working day! A vast improvement from the 15working days it currently is.

September 2011

In2tel has been chosen by CPL to provide their 18xx & 0818 Telenumber services due to the highly flexible platform offering, with live call statistics and the ability to make instant moves and changes through our easy to use web portal.

In2tel is pleased to announce that we'll be supplying Daft.ie a multi number service which will enable call responses to be tracked to their property adverts.

In2tel is delighted to welcome Just Mobile (Irelands newest Mobile Phone Network) as a customer. Just Mobile chose In2tel to supply their customer services 1890 587 848 and 1914 numbers over alternative suppliers due to the flexibility of our Network and the richness of the Call Statistics. In line with the JM “Are We Mad” marketing campaign, lads you truly are, but from madness brilliance rises!

August 2010

In2tel is very pleased to announce the deployment of our second telephone exchange within the South of Dublin, the addition of this second site adds an extra level of security for our customers as Eircom can now route calls into either of our fully independent switch sites to allow us to service your calls. We believe that this deployment now gives us the same diversity as Eircom for specifically handling 18xx, 0818 and 15xx calls (I.E. two telephone exchanges), where all other telephone providers only have one.
