The media world moves fast and the ability to respond fast has won In2tel some prestigious business in this area.
From the point of receiving the first phone call, we can (should the need require it) issue you a number, set up an account and make a live test call before you finish your conversation, all in the space of 5 minutes. No other Telecoms operator within Ireland has this flexability. An example of this fast response was when we received a telephone call at 4pm on a Friday afternoon, from a PR agency with a major announcement which was being published in the Monday morning news papers. Whilst the text for the announcement was approved, it was noted that there was not a telephone information line available for the public. In2tel were able to issue the number over the phone, set the service up to the call centre & issue a system log in for the live call statistics.
As this was a major event, In2tel monitored the customers call flow on Monday morning from 7:30 am, then due to the response and in conjunction with the customer, we developed & deployed a self help IVR system which was in-place by 09:30 with the ability to talk to an agent via our network queue, thus releasing some of the pressure on the agents answering the calls.
