A leading insurance company set up a new brand for the Irish market, specialising in Home and Car insurance for the South West region. In2tel were first approached to help find a repetitive number to aid with Marketing, then after an in-depth discussion about our services and due to the remote location of the customers call centre, In2tel's Network Call Recording platform was deployed to aid the customer meet there regulatory requirements for their inbound and outbound calls.
Further more, due to a government initiative, callers needed to be given the choice of having calls answered in English or Irish. In2tel were able to source the appropriate Voice Over artists to record the required audio messages.
The comprehensive call statistics allows the Call Centre Manager and Parent Company to monitor the overall performance of the business KPI's and individuals via different logins, each tailored to show the different required information.
