In2com Ltd, trading as In2tel.ie was originally formed in February 2005, with the first call traffic being processed through our switching platform in June 2005.

The Company was set up with modest organic funding from the Co Founding Directors Mark Hennessy and Nigel Fox, with a specific focus on providing the best network based Inteligent Network facilities for companies who are dependant on their inbound calls for their business. We believe in taking complex telecommunications systems and services and packaging them in to an easy to use, self service system that allows you the customer to respond to your business needs.

From our humble beginnings the Company has a steady and stable amount of call traffic, with some major Irish and UK brands choosing to use our services instead of those provided by some of the larger telecoms operators. We are committed to providing a blank page approach to telecoms, so we help businesses to answer and process their calls through imaginative thinking, a flexible network and multiple access types. We provide solutions that impact business processes, improve customer experience and provide real benefits rather than just a straight cent per minute saving.
